Use our Multiple Order Form (Word or Excel sheet) to send us your order details via email or fax. You will then receive an order acknowledgement.
Once successfully processed and shipped,
you will receive a
shipment notification
via email.
Order via Email
Simply download our PDF Multiple Order Form and provide us with the names and complete addresses of your gift recipients, the gift products you wish to order, your personal greeting you wish to include with your gifts and your complete billing address to orders@thesweetbasket.com. Upon receipt of your gift order you will receive an order acknowledgment via email. Please note we also accept orders on Microsoft Word or Excel attachments.
Order via Fax
Simply download our PDF Multiple Order Form and provide us with the names and complete addresses of your gift recipients, the gift products you wish to order, your personal greeting you wish to include with your gifts and your complete billing address to our fax number at 514 683 4945.
